Damselfly is the old English name for dragonfly. Our Nottingham Dragonfly lace curtain pattern has been so popular over the years, we asked our factory to come up with a more contemporary look. Made from the finest Scottish lace the large 5" dragonfly in this pattern creates a light, wispy and very neutral ambiance. All Madras lace curtains are 100% cotton and can be warm wash by hand, gentle machine cycle or dry cleaned.

This beautiful 14 point lace curtain pattern of dragonflies and flowers is an exceptional example of the Victorian fixation with flowers and insects in 19th century design. Originally produced in 1875, the factory records show that the Dragonfly pattern remained extremely popular well into the 20th century. Available as lace panels or yardage. 95% cotton 5% polyester dry clean or machine wash gentle cycle, warm water, hang to dry.

Horizontal Madras Paisley works well as a runner or dust ruffle. Paisley is a busy pattern and therefore offers maximum privacy. Madras Scroll is an elegant but simple lace pattern that is so versatile it will work is almost any setting. As with all Madras laces it is made from the finest cotton and can be dry cleaned, machine washed on a gentle cycle or hand washed. 

Nottingham Tudor is one of our very narrow yardages suitable for side lights or narrow doors, originally produced in 1890. Tudor comes in 3 widths - great for sidelights and center door or any space that requires different widths. 

This fun, retro Madras design is made of the finest cotton lace. It has circles of pale blue green on an antique white background.
