Shipping

We ship all orders by UPS Ground service within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  Foreign countries are shipped by UPS Air Service.  UPS will not deliver to a post office box, so please include a street address.  Rush deliveries are subject to a surcharge.  SORRY, NO C.O.D.s.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please return within three weeks and we will promptly make an exchange or refund, provided that the item is still in its original condition.  Please remember that cut yardages and custom sew curtains are nonreturnable.
